- La plataforma XING es una red de empleados y empleadores. Un total de 15 millones de usuarios están registrados en Alemania, Austria y Suiza, de los cuales alrededor de 13 millones están en Alemania.
- Hoy en día, muchas empresas ya no solo esperan solicitudes, sino que también buscan activamente nuevos empleados. Este sistema, llamado "Active Sourcing", tiene la intención de simplificar significativamente el administrador de talentos XING.
- Una cuenta cuesta a las empresas al menos 329 euros al mes. Cada año se incurre en costos de licencia de 3.948 euros. Los empleados pueden crear una cuenta gratuita o comprar una cuenta premium por € 9.99 al mes con un plazo de tres meses. Una suscripción anual cuesta 7, 99 euros al mes.

- Las empresas suben anuncios de trabajo a XING.
- El anuncio se lee automáticamente y Xing muestra candidatos potenciales.
- Las empresas pueden ponerse en contacto con estos candidatos o navegar de forma anónima en sus perfiles. También puede ver el salario deseado o el lugar de trabajo preferido, si así lo especifican los empleados.
- Los gerentes de recursos humanos pueden administrar claramente la lista de especialistas que han solicitado y agregar sus propias notas.
