El aceite de oliva solo es adecuado para freír hasta cierto punto. Aunque proporciona un gran aroma con su sabor especial, no debes dejar que algunos productos de aceite de oliva se calienten demasiado en la sartén. Sin embargo, en algunos casos puedes usar aceite de oliva.

Se hace una distinción básica entre dos tipos diferentes de aceite de oliva. Esto también tiene un efecto significativo al asar. Explicamos lo que debe considerar al elegir.
- El aceite de oliva virgen prensado en frío contiene más grasas saludables y sustancias que acompañan a la grasa, como la vitamina E, que el aceite de oliva refinado. Puede usarlo para freír, pero tenga cuidado de no comenzar a fumar. El proceso de fumar comienza a alrededor de 160 grados y se liberan sustancias nocivas. Como regla general, una temperatura de menos de 160 grados debería ser suficiente para cocinar, cocinar y asar, pero solo debe calentarla a un nivel medio. Un punto positivo del aceite de oliva virgen: el color de sabor respectivo del aceite le da a su comida una nota especial que se conserva incluso al tostar.
- Tenga cuidado con los aceites nativos sin filtrar: estos aceites a menudo contienen pequeños trozos de fruta que solo se pueden calentar hasta 140 grados.
- El aceite de oliva refinado es definitivamente adecuado para freír. Debido a la producción de prensado en caliente, el aceite contiene ingredientes y sabores menos saludables, pero se puede calentar hasta 230 grados.
