Configurar Exchange Server: cómo funciona
Antes de poder usar Exchange, primero debe configurar un servidor. En este consejo práctico, aprenderá exactamente cómo hacerlo.
Instalar Exchange Server: así es como se procede
Comience instalando el servidor. Nota: Estas instrucciones son independientes de una versión especial de Exchange y, por lo tanto, son de aplicación universal.
- Necesita este archivo de Microsoft para la instalación. Descárgalo y ejecútalo.
- Seleccione la opción "Conectarse a Internet y buscar actualizaciones" y haga clic en "Siguiente".
- Espere hasta que se hayan descargado las actualizaciones necesarias y continúe con "Siguiente".
- En el siguiente paso, debe aceptar los términos de la licencia y confirmarlos con "Siguiente".
- Luego, seleccione "Usar la configuración recomendada", marque la "Función de buzón" e "Instalar funciones y características del servidor de Windows necesarias para instalar Exchange Server automáticamente" y seleccione el espacio de almacenamiento del servidor.
- Alternativamente, puede definir un nombre para la organización. Continúe con "Siguiente" hasta que pueda hacer clic en "Instalar". Ahora espere a que termine la instalación.
Agregar dominio de correo electrónico a Exchange
Después de haber instalado correctamente el servidor, ahora debe agregar los dominios de correo electrónico:
- Para hacer esto, llame a la dirección "// localhost / ecp" en su navegador web.
- Seleccione "Flujo de mensajes" y luego "Dominio aceptado". Luego haga clic en el símbolo "+".
- Ingrese un nombre en el campo "Nombre" y el dominio respectivo en "Dominio aceptado".
- En la parte inferior, debe seleccionar la función del dominio respectivo y agregarla con "Guardar".
- Para establecer un dominio como predeterminado, haga clic en el ícono de lápiz y marque "Usar este dominio como dominio predeterminado". Haga clic en "Guardar" nuevamente para aplicar.
Exchange Server: Establecer conector de envío
Para que también pueda enviar correos electrónicos desde la red, debe configurar el llamado conector de envío:
- Para hacer esto, llame a la consola de administración ingresando "// SERVERNAME / ecp" en su navegador web. Reemplace "SERVERNAME" con el nombre definido previamente.
- En "Flujo de mensajes", seleccione la entrada "Conector de envío" y haga clic aquí en el símbolo "+".
- Ingrese un nombre en el campo "Nombre" y seleccione "Internet". Haga clic en "Siguiente" para continuar.
- En el siguiente paso, seleccione la opción "Registro MX conectado al dominio del destinatario" y haga clic en "Siguiente" nuevamente.
- Aquí debe hacer clic en "+" e ingresar un asterisco (*) debajo de "Nombre de dominio completo (FQDN)". Luego confirme su selección haciendo clic en "Guardar".
- Haga clic en "Finalizar" para completar la creación del conector de envío.
Establecer espacio de almacenamiento en el servidor de Exchange
En este paso, ahora debe definir las ubicaciones de almacenamiento de los usuarios:
- Para hacer esto, haga clic en "Servidor" en la consola de administración y luego en "Bases de datos". Marque la base de datos aquí y haga clic en el ícono de lápiz.
- Luego puede ingresar los valores deseados en "Valores límite".
- Con "Guardar" los valores se aceptan y son válidos de inmediato.
Intercambio: cree buzones para el servidor

- Para hacer esto, haga clic en "Buzones" debajo de "Destinatarios" en la consola de administración y luego en el símbolo "+". Luego seleccione "Buzón de usuario" aquí.
- En el siguiente paso, debe completar el formulario para el nuevo usuario por completo.
- Además, aquí asigna un nombre de usuario y una contraseña para el nuevo usuario.
- Con un clic en el botón "Guardar", se aceptan los cambios y el usuario puede iniciar sesión con sus datos.
