Con Ubuntu solo puedes editar las etiquetas MP3 con la ayuda de un programa. Hay muchas posibilidades: EasyTag o CowBell son solo dos ejemplos. Algunos reproductores de música como Clementine también le ofrecen la opción de editar metadatos de sus archivos MP3. La forma más fácil de editar es con Freeware Puddletag.
- Cuando Puddletag está abierto, simplemente puede arrastrar y soltar sus archivos de música en el programa. Alternativamente, también puede buscar archivos en su biblioteca usando el icono de carpeta en la esquina superior izquierda.
- Ahora puede editar los metadatos de cada archivo individualmente. Si ha seleccionado varios archivos MP3, edite las etiquetas de estos a la vez. Esto es útil para obtener información sobre el artista o el álbum.
